Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. WhatsApp – 6001430939 us for return and Refund purposes. Mention the following details-
    • Your order ID
    • Reason for returning your product.
  2. To claim replacement in case of any damage
    • Unboxing video should be sent to us and it should be clear i.e, video should include the footage right from where you started opening the packing till the end
    • Video should not have any pause in between or any kind of transitions happening.
  3. Applicable products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or defective.
    Note*: The product specifications mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products.
  4. Return will be processed only if: 
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact and related objects.
  5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s mistake such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  6. Digital and Customized products purchased are non-returnable and also non-refundable.
  7. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  8. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy. 
  9. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. 
  10. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you. 
  11. In case, customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, ArtandKart reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should WhatsApp your product to 6001430939

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
